I strategically utilize my design skills while closely collaborating with the sales team. I create detailed and visually appealing diagrams highlighting the value of our products and services during client presentations. I collaborate with the production team, developing precise diagrams of the parts, particularly in the field of sheet metal manufacturing, using cutting-edge technology such as fibre lasers and CNC punch presses. I also handle product assembly with tools like Solidworks, optimizing their design to ensure efficient production. Overall, my focus on strategic and technical design enables me to effectively contribute to the success of the manufacturing process.

2021 - 2023

My role in this company is to understand customers´ needs. I attend online meetings to have a look at their products before they take them to the market in the most effective and safe way, explaining how our packaging and technology take their products to another level being 100% compostable and constantly innovating. I make the designs for manufacturing the products, I also have to 3D print the inserts and make sure everything is sorted before proceeding with the production, always with shape and functionality in mind. Creating technical drawings showing in detail the dimensions of the product, characteristics, weight and quantity of pieces that we can fit per mould.

2019 - 2021

I arranged the shipment and kept inventory under control, always looking for ways to keep everything up to date. Participate in meetings with other team members. I was in charge of answering emails and telephones, dealing with customers and placing new orders in factories located in Japan.

Communicate with clients and coordinate the visit to the area and begin the design process. Take the dimensions of the area to design and elaborate a 3D design to show the customer how their design would be finished. Prepare a budget and organize the payment method. Calculate the amount of material the structure will have. Monitor the assembly process and verify that everything was done safely and effectively.

Work hand in hand with the sales team to monitor customer needs so we can deliver better results. Elaborate on 3D designs, proposing the distribution of the event and its stands. Create the designs with technical specifications for their products and explain the processes in the presentations that were sent to the client and the factory where the projects were done. Ensure levels have been achieved at the production stage and attend meetings to deliver completed projects. In this business, I have had the opportunity to work with customers like Coca-Cola, Cirque Do Soleil, Pepsi, Kellogs and more.
